Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on PostIn, operated by Mindcraft Edtech Services OPC Pvt. Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

1. General Policy — No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued to your email address.

PostInis a digital software service. Upon successful payment, a license key is generated and delivered to your email immediately. Because access to the service begins at the point of license key issuance, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, partial usage, or unused subscription periods.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. License Key Not Received?

If your payment was successfully captured but you did not receive the license key email, please contact us at support@postin.in with your Razorpay Payment ID. We will verify your payment and resend the license key to your registered email address within 24–48 hours.

No refund will be issued in this case. Once payment is confirmed, the license key will be delivered — we guarantee delivery to the email used at the time of purchase.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account. We encourage you to reach out to us at support@postin.in to resolve any payment concerns before escalating to your bank.
